Commonwealth Apartments consisted of 8 multi-family apartment buildings that included 4 breezeway buildings and 4 elevator serviced buildings totaling over 280,000 gross square feet, all construction type 5A over 11 acres. The project also included a Clubhouse and swimming pool with several outdoor amenities, recreational area with basketball and pickle ball courts, as well as, a dog park.
