3500 West View Apartments

Henrico, VA

The West View project consisted of 368,900 SF of new construction. The apartment building was a 4/5 split with 282 units surrounding a 94,800 sf precast parking structure. Four additional garage buildings with 24 individual garages were also included as part of this development. The project was financed through Virginia Housing.
